Rüschlikon is a quiet town in the canton of Zurich, Switzerland, located on the western shore of Lake Zurich, only about 10 kilometers from the center of Zurich. It is known for its natural beauty and high quality of life and is one of the high-end residential areas in the Zurich metropolitan area. With a population of around 6,000, the neighborhood is safe and educationally rich, attracting many families and international residents.
The economy of Rüssikon is dominated by the service and technology industries, and is best known as the home of the IBM research labs, which have a long history of promoting innovation in artificial intelligence and computer science. The town's close proximity to the Zurich Science and Technology Corridor benefits from neighboring academic institutions such as ETH Zurich, creating a combination of industry and research. At the same time, low taxes and easy access to transportation (e.g. S-Bahn trains) make it ideal for businesses and commuters.
Roussikon retains the charm of a traditional Swiss village with trails, parks and lakeside areas for hiking and relaxation. There are fewer local cultural activities, but Zurich is easily accessible for urban entertainment. With its peaceful environment and low crime rate, it is a great place for those seeking a balanced life.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
