Runan, belonging to the city of Zhumadian, Henan Province, anciently known as "Caizhou", known as "Heaven in the middle" of the reputation for being located in the middle of the world and so named. This ancient city in Henan Province has a long history, since the Western Han Dynasty set up a county has been more than 2,200 years, was the former capital of Cai State, the county and state seat, a deep cultural heritage. Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.
