Rugao, a county-level city in Nantong, Jiangsu Province, is located in the northern wing of the Yangtze River Delta, neighboring the main city of Nantong in the east, bordering the Yangtze River in the south, and Zhangjiagang across the river. This city has a history of more than 1600 years, is a famous historical and cultural city in Jiangsu Province, known as the "hometown of longevity" reputation, the proportion of centenarians far exceeds the international standard, was certified by the International Society of Natural Medicine as the sixth "World Longevity Hometown".
