Rucheng is located in the southeastern part of Hunan Province, under the jurisdiction of Chenzhou City, which is at the junction of Hunan, Guangdong and Gan Provinces, and is known as the "Gateway to South Hunan". This thousand-year-old county has a long history and has been established since the Eastern Jin Dynasty. It has a profound science culture and is a place where Zhou Dunyi's descendants live, and there are cultural relics such as the Lianxi Academy. The natural scenery of Rucheng is exquisite, with the Jiulongjiang National Forest Park covering vast virgin forests and hot water hot springs rich in minerals, which is a famous health resort in South China. The territory is rich in red culture, Rucheng meeting site witnessed the revolutionary history, "half a quilt" story took place here, highlighting the deep love between the military and the people. Nowadays, Rucheng integrates ecological, cultural and red resources, and has become a livable city in South Hunan with both historical flavor and natural charm.
Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.
