Ruby is a small incorporated town in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, United States, located about 60 miles northeast of the state capital of Baton Rouge and adjacent to the Mississippi border, and characterized by a quiet rural atmosphere and a deep community culture. Shangzhi City is located in the southeastern part of Heilongjiang Province, China, under the administration of Harbin City, and is situated in the western foothills of Zhang Guangcai Ling. It has a total area of about 8,800 square kilometers and a population of about 600,000 people. As an important county-level city in Northeast China, its name originates from the anti-Japanese hero Zhao Shangzhi, which has a deep red cultural heritage.
