Ruby is a small incorporated town in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, United States, located about 60 miles northeast of the state capital of Baton Rouge and adjacent to the Mississippi border, and characterized by a quiet rural atmosphere and a deep community culture. Sparsely populated, with fewer than 500 people according to the most recent census, the town dates back to the late 1800s and, with its early rise to an agricultural economy (e.g., cotton and soybean farming), still retains the rustic look of a traditional Southern town. The town's landmarks include a century-old community church and several Victorian-style homes, and the annual fall "Ruby Family Day," which blends elements of local Cajun and Creole culture, has become a shared memory for the surrounding residents. Ningxia Litong District, located in the central part of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, is a municipal district of Wuzhong City, located in the Yellow River alluvial plain, known as "South of the River on the Seas". With convenient irrigation and well-developed agriculture, the district produces high-quality agricultural products such as wolfberries, rice, melons and fruits, and is especially famous as the "Hometown of Chinese wolfberries". As an important trade and logistics center in Ningxia, Litong District has convenient transportation, the Baolan Railway, Beijing-Tibet Expressway through the territory, since ancient times is a dry dock where merchants gather. Litong District has a rich Hui culture, mosques, folk customs parks and other special attractions highlighting the multi-cultural charm, is an excellent place to experience the traditional customs of the Hui people.
