Ruby is a small incorporated town in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, United States, located about 60 miles northeast of the state capital of Baton Rouge and adjacent to the Mississippi border, and characterized by a quiet rural atmosphere and a deep community culture. Dulan County is located in the southeastern part of Haixi Mongol and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, China, in the hinterland of the Tibetan Plateau, with an average altitude of 3,100 meters. As an important node of the South Road of the ancient Silk Road, it carries a rich historical and cultural heritage.
Dulan is famous for the ancient tomb complex of Tugu Hun, which is known as the "Oriental Pyramid".2018 The archaeological discovery of the No.1 Tomb of Blood Wei shocked the world, and a large number of silk fabrics and cultural relics unearthed bear witness to the splendor of cultural exchanges between China and the West during the Tang Dynasty. It also retains a unique multicultural fusion of Tibetan and Mongolian ethnic groups.
