Ruby is a small incorporated town in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, United States, located about 60 miles northeast of the state capital of Baton Rouge and adjacent to the Mississippi border, and characterized by a quiet rural atmosphere and a deep community culture. Chicheng County is located in the northwestern part of China's Hebei Province, under Zhangjiakou Municipality, and is situated in the transition zone between the Yanshan Mountains and the Inner Mongolian Plateau, with a total area of 5,287 square kilometers. The county is dominated by mountainous terrain with a cool climate, and is an important ecological barrier and water-sourcing area in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, boasting natural landscapes such as the Heilongshan National Forest Park.
