Ruby is a small incorporated town in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, United States, located about 60 miles northeast of the state capital of Baton Rouge and adjacent to the Mississippi border, and characterized by a quiet rural atmosphere and a deep community culture. Sparsely populated, with fewer than 500 people according to the most recent census, the town dates back to the late 1800s and, with its early rise to an agricultural economy (e.g., cotton and soybean farming), still retains the rustic look of a traditional Southern town. The town's landmarks include a century-old community church and several Victorian-style homes, and the annual fall "Ruby Family Day," which blends elements of local Cajun and Creole culture, has become a shared memory for the surrounding residents. Despite its small size, Ruby epitomizes the serenity of the American countryside with its simple folk and distinctive Louisiana southern flavor.
Chenbalhu Banner is located in the western part of Hulunbeier City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China, in the core area of the world-famous Hulunbeier Grassland, with a total area of about 18,700 square kilometers. With the Mongolian people as the main ethnic group, the flag retains a strong nomadic culture and traditional customs, and is an important settlement of the "Balkhu" Mongolian tribe.
The natural landscape is characterized by vast grasslands, meandering rivers and wetland ecology, the Mozhigrad River is known as the "world's first water", and the Golden Horde scenic spot restores the scenes of ancient nomadic life. The annual summer Naadam Conference attracts many tourists, who can experience horse racing, wrestling and national songs and dances. The flag is also dotted with ecological scenic spots such as Lake Hohonoor, a popular destination for photography and eco-tourism.
The economy is based on animal husbandry and tourism, relying on grassland resources to develop specialty farming, while promoting Mongolian non-heritage programs through cultural tourism. Conveniently located only about 40 kilometers from Hailar District, it is suitable as a starting point for an in-depth tour of the Hulunbeier Grassland.
