Ruby is a small incorporated town in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, United States, located about 60 miles northeast of the state capital of Baton Rouge and adjacent to the Mississippi border, and characterized by a quiet rural atmosphere and a deep community culture. Batang County belongs to Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province, located at the junction of Sichuan, Yunnan and Tibet provinces (autonomous regions), is an important post on the Tea and Horse Trail, and has been known as the "hometown of the strings" and the "Tibetan guards in the south of the river".
