Ruby is a small incorporated town in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, United States, located about 60 miles northeast of the state capital of Baton Rouge and adjacent to the Mississippi border, and characterized by a quiet rural atmosphere and a deep community culture. Arceti is the capital of Cuango Province in the southwestern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), located in the central plateau region of the country. The city is the political, economic and cultural center of the Cuango Province, with agriculture and mining as the mainstays of the economy. The area around Arcadie is rich in crops such as maize, cassava and peanuts, as well as mineral resources such as copper and cobalt.
Located in the interior of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), at an altitude of about 1,000 meters above sea level, Aketi has a savannah climate, with an average annual temperature of 20-25 ℃, and distinct rainy and dry seasons. The city is connected by road to major cities such as Kananga and Mbuji-Mayi, making it one of the regional transportation hubs.
