Rongcheng County is located in the central part of Hebei Province, China, under Baoding City, and in the core area of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei synergistic development. With a total area of 314 square kilometers and a population of about 270,000, Rongcheng County is famous for its garment industry and modern agriculture, and is known as the "Famous Garment City of the North". Rongcheng has a long history, dating back to the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods, with cultural monuments such as the Drying Horse Terrace Ruins.
