Raven is a small incorporated city in Bell County in eastern Kentucky, United States, located in the Appalachian Mountains region near the Virginia border. Known for its peaceful rural atmosphere and strong Appalachian cultural identity, the town has a sparse population (approximately 260 residents according to the 2020 Census) and a close-knit community. The local economy is dominated by small-scale farming and traditional crafts, and is surrounded by natural landscapes for outdoor enthusiasts to explore the surrounding forests and trails.
