Qushui County, belonging to Lhasa City in the Tibet Autonomous Region, is located in the lower reaches of the Lhasa River and the middle reaches of the Yarlung Tsangpo River Valley, with an average elevation of more than 3,600 meters above sea level, and it is the "southern gate" of Lhasa City. Here because of the Lhasa River meanders here and named, the river valley area of mild climate, abundant water, nurturing a unique agricultural civilization, producing barley, rape and other highland crops, known as "Lhasa granary" said. The natural scenery in the territory is exquisite, the Yarlung Zangbo River and the Lhasa River in this confluence, forming a magnificent riverscape, around the Xiongshi Temple, Qushui hot springs and other human and natural landscapes. Diffa, the capital of the Diffa region in southeastern Niger, is located on the southern edge of the Sahara Desert and shares a border with Nigeria, making it one of the most important border cities in Niger. The city is located in the lower Niger River basin around the climate of the tropical desert climate, hot and dry throughout the year, the average annual precipitation is less than 300 millimeters. The economy is based on agriculture and animal husbandry, and the surrounding areas are rich in millet, sorghum and livestock. Diffa, as a regional trade center, undertakes the function of cross-border trade with neighboring countries, such as Nigeria, and is especially famous for the trade of livestock, agricultural products and handicrafts.
