Qujiang District is located in the west of Zhejiang Province, upstream of the Qiantang River, at the crossroads of four provinces, namely Zhejiang, Fujian, Gan and Anhui, and has been the gateway to the "four provinces thoroughfare" since ancient times. It has a long history of establishment and deep cultural heritage, and is one of the important birthplaces of Nankong culture, with ancient charm and simple folklore. The landscape here is beautiful, Wuxi River, Qu River through the territory, Xianxia ancient road winding between, stringing up the twenty-eight ancient towns and other humanistic landmarks of the millennium, known as the "living fossil of the culture of Jiangnan". With significant ecological advantages and high forest coverage, Qujiang District is an important ecological barrier in the Yangtze River Delta region. In recent years, Qujiang District has relied on "green water and green mountains" to develop an ecological economy, fostering characteristic agricultural products such as Quzhou Ponkan citrus and Bapuling local chicken, while actively laying out new materials, digital economy and other emerging industries, accelerating its development into a modernized new city with ecological charms and industrial vitality in the western part of Zhejiang Province.
Ruby is a small incorporated town in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, United States, located about 60 miles northeast of the state capital of Baton Rouge and adjacent to the Mississippi border, and characterized by a quiet rural atmosphere and a deep community culture. Sparsely populated, with fewer than 500 people according to the most recent census, the town dates back to the late 1800s and, with its early rise to an agricultural economy (e.g., cotton and soybean farming), still retains the rustic look of a traditional Southern town. The town's landmarks include a century-old community church and several Victorian-style homes, and the annual fall "Ruby Family Day," which blends elements of local Cajun and Creole culture, has become a shared memory for the surrounding residents. Despite its small size, Ruby epitomizes the serenity of the American countryside with its simple folk and distinctive Louisiana southern flavor.
