Qiu County is located in the southeastern part of Hebei Province, the eastern part of Handan City, and the junction of Hebei, Luzhou and Henan Provinces. It is situated in the Heilonggang Basin of the North China Plain, and is a typical agricultural county. It is a typical agricultural county.
