Located in the northwest of Henan Province, China, Qinyang City is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Jiaozuo City, which is situated at the southern foot of Taihang Mountain and the northern bank of the Yellow River. As an important historical and cultural city in northern Henan, Qinyang has a history of more than 2,000 years and has been the seat of Hanoi County since ancient times.
Qinyang is the hometown of Shan Tao, one of the "Seven Sages of the Bamboo Forest", and has famous scenic spots such as Shennong Mountain Scenic Spot (national AAAAA tourist attraction), Zhu Zaiyu Memorial Hall, and Three Sacred Pagodas of Tianning Temple. It is also the origin of the "four great Chinese medicines" (Chinese yam, Chinese hyssop, Chinese chrysanthemum, Chinese hyssop), and the culture of traditional Chinese medicine is profound.
Modern Qinyang has formed leading industries such as equipment manufacturing, new chemical materials, new energy, etc., while maintaining the advantages of agricultural characteristics. With convenient transportation, Jiaozhi Railway and Erguang Expressway passing through the city, and Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport about 1 hour away by car, it is an important logistics and distribution center in the junction area of Jin and Henan.
Diffa, the capital of the Diffa region in southeastern Niger, is located on the southern edge of the Sahara Desert and shares a border with Nigeria, making it one of the most important border cities in Niger. The city is located in the lower Niger River basin around the climate of the tropical desert climate, hot and dry throughout the year, the average annual precipitation is less than 300 millimeters. The economy is based on agriculture and animal husbandry, and the surrounding areas are rich in millet, sorghum and livestock. Diffa, as a regional trade center, undertakes the function of cross-border trade with neighboring countries, such as Nigeria, and is especially famous for the trade of livestock, agricultural products and handicrafts.
