Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County is located in the northeastern part of Hebei Province, under the jurisdiction of Qinhuangdao Municipality, in the eastern part of Yanshan Mountain Range, at the border of Liaoning, and is the only Manchu autonomous county in Hebei Province. It is the only Manchu autonomous county in Hebei Province. The forest coverage here is over 60%, and it has ecological barriers such as the Zushan National Forest Park and the Qinglong River, which is known as the "Green Pearl of East Beijing". As a Manchu settlement, the Manchu culture is profound, and paper-cutting, shadow and other non-genetic inheritance is unique.
