Qinghe County is located in the southeastern part of Hebei Province, belonging to Xingtai City, at the junction of Hebei and Shandong Provinces, and is an important node of the North China Plain. As the "Cashmere Capital of China" and the "Birthplace of the Zhang Surname", Qinghe has both profound historical heritage and modern industrial vitality.
