Jiejiahe is a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province, China, located in the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province, at the western foot of the Wanda Mountain Range. The region is named after the Eggplant River that flows through its territory, and is an important coal industrial base and agricultural production area in the northeast.
Jiejiahe District is located in the mid-temperate continental monsoon climate zone, four distinct seasons, cold and dry in winter, warm and rainy in summer. The territory is dominated by hilly landscapes, with high forest coverage and natural water resources such as the Jiejia River and Longhu Lake.
As an important part of the Qitaihe coal mining area, the coal industry is still the economic pillar of Jiejiahe District. In recent years, it has been actively developing modern agriculture, featuring corn and soybean cultivation and livestock breeding, while cultivating new industries such as ecotourism.
The region is inhabited by Manchu, Korean and other ethnic minorities, preserving a unique folk culture. The transportation network is well-developed, connected to cities such as Harbin and Jiamusi through the G1011 Hartong Expressway and Boqi Railway, and about 20 kilometers from Qitaihe Taoshan Airport.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
