Qibin District is located in Hebi City, Henan Province, China, and is the administrative and cultural center of the city. Located in the North China Plain, the district has a temperate monsoon climate with four distinct seasons and an average annual temperature of about 14°C. Qibin District is famous for the Qi River, which is known as the "River of Poetry" and the "River of History", and is rich in natural landscapes and cultural heritages.
Economically, Qibin District is mainly engaged in manufacturing, agriculture and tourism, and in recent years, the high-tech industry is also developing rapidly. The transportation is convenient, with the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway running through the whole area. Cultural features include Yin Shang culture and poetic traditions, and several local festivals are held, such as the Qi River Cultural Festival. With a population of about 300,000, the residents are predominantly Han Chinese, with a soothing pace of life and a pleasant environment.

Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan. The town is famous for its eponymous alpine lake, Lake Sevan, one of the largest freshwater lakes in Eurasia, at an altitude of about 1,900 meters above sea level, which is known as the "Pearl of Armenia".
Lake Sevan is surrounded by magnificent landscapes and crystal clear waters, making it an important tourist and recreational destination in Armenia. The town boasts historical monuments such as the Sevan Monastery, a 9th-century monastery situated on a peninsula overlooking the lake, which attracts many tourists and pilgrims.
