Pulea is the downtown core of Apia, the capital of Samoa, located on the north coast of Upolu Island. As the political, economic and cultural center of the country, Pulea has a concentration of government institutions, commercial facilities and historical landmarks.
Located in the tropical South Pacific, Pulea has a tropical rainforest climate with an average annual temperature of approximately 26°C.
