Pujiang County is located in the center of Zhejiang Province in China, belonging to Jinhua City, and is situated in the south wing of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Circle. The county covers an area of 920 square kilometers, with a population of about 400,000, and is known as the "Crystal Capital of China" and the "Hometown of Painting and Calligraphy". The landscape is mainly hilly, with the Puyang River running through the whole area, and the climate is subtropical monsoon humid climate.
Pujiang County was founded in the second year of Xingping of the Eastern Han Dynasty (195 A.D.), and possesses historical heritage such as the Wannian Shangshan Cultural Ruins. The culture of traditional painting and calligraphy is profound, and the "Pujiang School of Painting" of the Ming Dynasty has a far-reaching influence. The modern crystal glass products industry is the pillar, accounting for 80% of the national share of crystal handicrafts, Zhengzhai Town, "the first family in Jiangnan" Zheng's Ancestral Hall is a national key cultural relics protection units.
Xianhua Mountain is a national 4A-level scenic spot, famous for its strange peaks and sea of clouds, and Song Lian called it "the most beautiful area in heaven and earth". There are well-preserved primitive forests and waterfalls in the ecological scenic spots such as Baishiwan and Shenli Gorge. Local specialties include peach-shaped plums, tofu skin, wheat cakes and other traditional delicacies, and special events such as calligraphy and painting festivals and crystal fairs are held every year.
Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan. The town is famous for its eponymous alpine lake, Lake Sevan, one of the largest freshwater lakes in Eurasia, at an altitude of about 1,900 meters above sea level, which is known as the "Pearl of Armenia".
Lake Sevan is surrounded by magnificent landscapes and crystal clear waters, making it an important tourist and recreational destination in Armenia. The town boasts historical monuments such as the Sevan Monastery, a 9th-century monastery situated on a peninsula overlooking the lake, which attracts many tourists and pilgrims. The local economy is based on fishing, tourism and agriculture, and the climate is cool enough for summer vacations.
With a population of around 20,000, the town of Sevan retains its traditional Armenian culture, while the infrastructure is constantly being improved to provide accommodation and catering services. It is an ideal starting point for exploring the nature and history of the Caucasus and is easily accessible for short trips.
