Pingyang County is located in the southeastern coast of Zhejiang Province, China, and is a county under the jurisdiction of Wenzhou City. It is located on the south coast of Oujiang Mouth, east of the East China Sea, west of Wencheng County, south of Cangnan County, and north of Rui'an City. The total area is about 1051 square kilometers, with a population of nearly 900,000 people. With a long history, Pingyang County was founded in Taikang four years (AD 283) of the Western Jin Dynasty, possessing a history of nearly 1,800 years, and is a famous historical and cultural city in Zhejiang Province.
The economy of Pingyang County is dominated by industry, covering machinery, leather, plastics, electronics and other industries, while agriculture and fisheries are also well developed. The county boasts natural landscapes such as the South Yandang Mountain National Scenic Spot and the Nanji Island Marine Nature Reserve, as well as historical and cultural attractions such as the Shunxi Ancient Architectural Complex and the Monument to the Red Army's Advancing Division. Pingyang is also the hometown of Chinese mathematician Su Buqing, with deep cultural heritage and convenient transportation, with the Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Expressway and Wenfu Railway running through the whole territory.
Atebubu is an important town in the Bono East Region of the West African country of Ghana, located in the north-central part of Ghana, and is one of the commercial and transportation hubs of the region. Located along the main north-south road of Ghana, connecting the capital city of Accra with the northern region, it has an advantageous geographical location, and the local economy is based on agriculture, producing cocoa, maize, cassava and other crops, as well as being a distribution center for agricultural products in the surrounding area.
