Pingshun County is located in the southeast of Shanxi Province, the eastern part of Changzhi City, located in the southern end of the Taihang Mountains, is a typical mountainous county, known as the "Taihang Cloud Top". Here mountains, high forest coverage, with unique ecological resources, is a national ecological demonstration area and "China's wild forsythia township". Pingshun has a long history and deep cultural heritage, including the magnificent Taihang Mountain and Water Landscape such as Tongtian Gorge and Eight Springs Gorge, and national intangible cultural heritages such as Yuefei Battle Drums and Pingshun Daoxiang. As an old revolutionary area, Pingshun has a strong red culture, preserving red relics such as the former site of the Eighth Route Army Arsenal. At the same time, Pingshun is rich in peppercorns, ginseng, walnuts and other specialty agricultural products, of which "Pingshun peppercorns" is a national geographic indications product, which is well known throughout the country. This place is a blend of natural scenery, folk culture and red memories, and is a bright ecological and cultural pearl in Southeast Jin Dynasty.
Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan. The town is famous for its eponymous alpine lake, Lake Sevan, one of the largest freshwater lakes in Eurasia, at an altitude of about 1,900 meters above sea level, which is known as the "Pearl of Armenia".
Lake Sevan is surrounded by magnificent landscapes and crystal clear waters, making it an important tourist and recreational destination in Armenia. The town boasts historical monuments such as the Sevan Monastery, a 9th-century monastery situated on a peninsula overlooking the lake, which attracts many tourists and pilgrims. The local economy is based on fishing, tourism and agriculture, and the climate is cool enough for summer vacations.
With a population of around 20,000, the town of Sevan retains its traditional Armenian culture, while the infrastructure is constantly being improved to provide accommodation and catering services.
