Pingshun County is located in the southeast of Shanxi Province, the eastern part of Changzhi City, located in the southern end of the Taihang Mountains, is a typical mountainous county, known as the "Taihang Cloud Top". Here mountains, high forest coverage, with unique ecological resources, is a national ecological demonstration area and "China's wild forsythia township". Pingshun has a long history and deep cultural heritage, including the magnificent Taihang Mountain and Water Landscape such as Tongtian Gorge and Eight Springs Gorge, and national intangible cultural heritages such as Yuefei Battle Drums and Pingshun Daoxiang.
