Pinglu District, part of Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province, China, is located on the Loess Plateau in northern Jin, with a long history and deep cultural heritage. As an important energy base in Shanxi Province, Pinglu is known for its rich coal resources, which support the local economy and energy industry.
