Pingli County is located in the southeastern part of Shaanxi Province in China, belonging to Ankang City, and is situated at the junction of Shaanxi, Hubei and Chongqing provinces and cities, and belongs to the hinterland of Qinba Mountain area. The county has a total area of 2,647 square kilometers and a population of about 200,000 people. Pingli is known as the "hometown of Nuwa" and "hometown of China's famous tea".
