Pingguo City is located in the southwestern part of China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, under the jurisdiction of Baise City, and is an important aluminum industry base and regional economic center in Guangxi. The city is famous for its aluminum industry and rich bauxite resources, and is known as the "Aluminum Capital of China". With a total area of about 2,485 square kilometers and a population of about 500,000, Pingguo City has a subtropical monsoon climate with warm and humid seasons.
Pingguo City has convenient transportation, with the South Kunming Railway and Guangkun Expressway running through the whole territory, and only 1.5 hours' drive from Nanning Wuxu International Airport. Rustavi is the fourth largest city in Georgia, located in the Kvemo Kartli region in the southeast of the country, situated on both banks of the Kura River, about 25 kilometers from the capital city of Tbilisi. The city was founded in 1948 as a planned city built during the Soviet period to support the development of heavy industry, and was named after the medieval Georgian poet Shota Rustaveli.
