Ping'an District is Haidong City, Qinghai Province, municipal jurisdiction, is located in the northeast, Huangshui River in the middle and lower reaches of the Huangshui River, known as "the gateway to Haidong" said. Mungu is the capital of the Western Province of Zambia, located along the upper Zambezi River and adjacent to the famous Barotse flood plain.
