Yongxing County is located in the southeastern part of Hunan Province, China, belonging to Chenzhou City, and is situated in the basin of the Bijiang River, a tributary of the Xiangjiang River, with a total area of 1,979 square kilometers. It is known as the "Silver Capital of China", accounting for one-fourth of the country's silver production, and is a national-level recycling economy demonstration county.
