Pendleton is a historic town in Anderson County, South Carolina, United States, located in the northwestern part of the state, about 30 miles from the city of Greenville. The town is known for its well-preserved 19th century architecture and deep cultural heritage.
Founded in 1790, Pendleton is one of the oldest towns in South Carolina. The town center is home to more than 50 historic buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places, including the Pendleton Borough Historical Museum, built in 1826. The town is also known for the Pendleton Farmstead National Historic Landmark, which showcases a unique look at an early farming community.
Each spring, Pendleton hosts the famous Pendleton Spring Festival, which attracts a large number of visitors who come to experience traditional crafts, music and food. The town is surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes and is close to the Savannah River and the Blue Ridge Mountains, making it ideal for outdoor enthusiasts to hike and fish.

Xiangshan, located in the main city of Huaibei, Anhui Province, is the administrative and cultural center of Huaibei and an important node at the junction of four provinces, namely, Suzhou, Shandong, Henan and Anhui. The core scenic area of Xiangshan National Forest Park, with layers of mountains, lush forests, known as "the first mountain in Huaibei", spring flowers, autumn leaves like fire, is a natural oxygen bar for public recreation. The Hsien-Tung Temple was built in the Han Dynasty, more than 2,000 years ago, with a flourishing incense, the sound of ancient temple bells and natural scenery; Xiangshan Temple, Buffalo Tomb and other humanistic relics, telling the long history of this piece of land. Xiangshan Mountain not only carries the cultural memory of the ancient Xiangguo, but also has become the city card of Huaibei with both natural ecology and humanistic heritage with its unique style of "city in the mountains and scenery in the city", attracting tourists from all over the world to explore the charm of the mountains and water and the imprint of time.
