Panji District is located in the north of Huaibei City, Anhui Province, China, on the south bank of the middle reaches of the Huaihe River, connecting Huaiyuan County in the east, Fengtai County in the west, Tianjianan District in the south, and bordering on the Huaihe River in the north, and is one of the municipal districts of Huainan City.
