Ningwu County is located in the north of Shanxi Province, southwest of Xinzhou City, located in the northern end of the Lvliang Mountains, the eastern edge of the Loess Plateau, since ancient times for the northern Jin barrier, known as "the key to northern Jin". Rustavi is the fourth largest city in Georgia, located in the Kvemo Kartli region in the southeast of the country, situated on both banks of the Kura River, about 25 kilometers from the capital city of Tbilisi. The city was founded in 1948 as a planned city built during the Soviet period to support the development of heavy industry, and was named after the medieval Georgian poet Shota Rustaveli.
