Ningming County, belonging to Chongzuo City of Guangxi, is located at the border between China and Vietnam, and is famous as the "Hometown of Chinese Octagon" and the core area of Huashan Rock Painting Culture. The world cultural heritage of Huashan rock paintings, the mysterious and unique ochre-red cliff paintings of more than 2,000 years ago, show the spiritual world of the Luo and Yue forefathers. The scenery along the Mingjiang River is exquisite, the border is rich in flavor, the Zhuang culture is profound, and the Song Wei Festival on the third day of the third month of the lunar calendar is bustling with activity every year. As an important county along the border, Ningming has a thriving border trade and produces specialty agricultural products such as star anise and cinnamon, and is one of the gateways connecting China and ASEAN, combining natural scenery, history and culture with border vitality.
