Ninghe District is a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Tianjin, China, located in the northeastern part of Tianjin, on the North China Plain and bordering the Bohai Bay. As an important nodal area for the synergistic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Ninghe has rich natural resources and a strategic geographical location. Jancheng County, belonging to Heze City, Shandong Province, China, is located in the plains of southwestern Shandong Province, on the north bank of the lower reaches of the Yellow River. It has a total area of 1,032 square kilometers and a population of about 900,000 people.
