Nikšić, Montenegro, the second largest city in the country, is located in the northwestern Moraca Valley, about 60 kilometers from the capital, Podgorica. A crossroads of industry and culture, the city's economy was once based on steel and aluminum, but today it combines traditional agriculture with modern industry. The history of the city dates back to Roman times, with the ruins of medieval castles and Ottoman-style buildings bearing witness to the vicissitudes of time, and religious landmarks such as St. George's Church carrying cultural memories. Surrounded by mountains and lakes, the city has a pleasant natural environment and is a destination for outdoor sports enthusiasts. The warm hospitality of the local people and the traditional festival "Nikšić Cultural Festival" show the rich folklore, making it an important city in Montenegro with vitality and heritage.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
