Naxi District is located in the western part of downtown Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, in the southern part of the Sichuan Basin, at the confluence of the Yangtze River and the Yongning River, and is one of the core districts of the main city of Luzhou. The area has a long history, named "Naxi" in the Southern Song Dynasty, and the "Battle of Naxi" in the Protectorate War has been recorded in the history books. The area is rich in ecological resources, with national forest park Tianxiancou, provincial Phoenix Lake Wetland Park and other natural landscapes, with a forest coverage rate of more than 50%, known as the "Pearl of South Sichuan".
