Naxi District is located in the western part of downtown Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, in the southern part of the Sichuan Basin, at the confluence of the Yangtze River and the Yongning River, and is one of the core districts of the main city of Luzhou. The area has a long history, named "Naxi" in the Southern Song Dynasty, and the "Battle of Naxi" in the Protectorate War has been recorded in the history books. The area is rich in ecological resources, with national forest park Tianxiancou, provincial Phoenix Lake Wetland Park and other natural landscapes, with a forest coverage rate of more than 50%, known as the "Pearl of South Sichuan". Diffa, the capital of the Diffa region in southeastern Niger, is located on the southern edge of the Sahara Desert and shares a border with Nigeria, making it one of the most important border cities in Niger. The city is located in the lower Niger River basin around the climate of the tropical desert climate, hot and dry throughout the year, the average annual precipitation is less than 300 millimeters.
