Nanzhou Township is located in the western coast of Pingtung County, Taiwan Province, neighboring Donggang Township in the north, Kanding Township in the east, and bordering the Taiwan Strait in the west. It is a typical coastal township with agriculture and fishery as its main industries. With a warm climate and fertile soil, the township is rich in tropical fruits such as mango and lotus mist, among which the "Nanzhou Mango" is a well-known local specialty with sweet and delicate flesh, which is loved by the market. The township has extensive fishing ports and breeding areas, and the seafood industry is well developed, with fresh seafood such as lice and grass shrimp often sold all over Taiwan.
Nanzhou's natural landscapes and humanistic customs, Nanzhou Beach is a popular summer attraction, with long stretches of sandy beaches and crystal clear water attracting tourists to ride the waves; and the century-old Cifeng Palace is the center of local beliefs, with its beautifully constructed temples, and the temple festivals during the Lunar New Year and A-Ma's Birthday are bustling with activity, showcasing the charms of traditional folk culture. In addition, Nanzhou also has bicycle paths linking the countryside and the coast, making it a great place for cycling enthusiasts to enjoy both leisure and exploration.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
