Nan'an is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Quanzhou City in Fujian Province, located in the core area of the Golden Triangle of Southern Fujian and bordered by the Taiwan Strait to the east, Nan'an is a coastal city with a long history and an active economy. As one of the important starting points of the ancient "Maritime Silk Road", Nan'an has a rich cultural heritage, such as the Jiu Ri Shan Praying Wind Rock Carving and Zheng Chenggong's Mausoleum.

Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy.
