Muyebe (Muyinga) is an important city in northeastern Burundi, and is also the capital of Muyangara Province, which is located in the border area between Burundi and Tanzania, and is relatively remote geographically. The city has a high altitude and a tropical highland climate, which is mild throughout the year, with distinct rainy and dry seasons, suitable for agricultural development.
