Muleng City is a county-level city under the administration of Mudanjiang City in Heilongjiang Province. It is located in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province, at the northeastern foot of the Changbai Mountain Range, and shares a border with Russia with a length of about 40 kilometers. It has a total area of 6,237 square kilometers and a population of about 300,000 people.
