Minhe Hui and Tu Autonomous County is subordinate to Haidong City of Qinghai Province, located in the east of Qinghai Province, at the junction of Gan and Qing Dynasties, which is the "East Gateway" of Qinghai, and the Yellow River flows through the south, forming a river valley landscape.
