Mendi is a town in the Oromia region of western Ethiopia, located in the highland area, with an average altitude of about 2,400 meters above sea level, with a mild and pleasant climate and small temperature differences throughout the year. As the administrative and commercial center of the region, Mendi is surrounded by agriculture, producing coffee, wheat, corn and other crops. Muleng City is a county-level city under the administration of Mudanjiang City in Heilongjiang Province. It is located in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province, at the northeastern foot of the Changbai Mountain Range, and shares a border with Russia with a length of about 40 kilometers. It has a total area of 6,237 square kilometers and a population of about 300,000 people.
