Mawunatlala is a major town in northeastern Botswana, located along the border with Zimbabwe. An important administrative and commercial center of the Kwineng District, the town is named after the surrounding magnificent Mawunatlala mountain range, which means "rolling hills" in the local language.
Māunatlala is situated in a semi-arid landscape dominated by scrubland and grassland, with the topography of the mountains providing a unique natural landscape. The town's proximity to the famous Chobe National Park and the Okavango Delta makes it an important gateway for exploring the wildlife and natural wonders of northern Botswana.
Mawunatlala's economy is based on agriculture, cross-border trade and tourism. Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan.
