Masan City (마산시) is a coastal city in Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea, located in the southeastern part of the country, adjacent to Busan and Changwon. Historically, Masan was an independent city but merged with Changwon and Jinhae in 2010 and is now part of Changwon City, but retains its distinct regional identity.
