Massy Ridge is a mature residential area in the northern part of Singapore, conveniently located at the edge of the central catchment area and close to Woodlands. Residents have quick access to the city center through the Massy Ridge MRT station (North-South Line). The area is dominated by HDB flats and private residences, with a serene living atmosphere and a wide range of amenities including neighborhood shopping malls, schools (e.g. Massy Ridge Primary School), parks, and cooked food centers to cater to the needs of everyday life. The neighborhood is surrounded by Woodlands River and Woodlands Park for leisure activities. As a neighborhood with a high proportion of HDB flats, Masiling is relatively affordable and attracts many local families and young residents, making it one of the livable residential areas in Singapore.
