Located in Pinal County, Arizona, USA, about 112 kilometers north of Tucson, Mammoth is a town known for its mining history and natural beauty. Founded in the late 1800s, the town sprang up as a result of nearby copper mining and still retains a distinctive look from its pioneer days in the West.
