Delingha is the capital of Haixi Mongol and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province, China, located in the northeastern part of the Tibetan Plateau, on the edge of the Qaidam Basin, with an average altitude of about 2,980 meters. Known for its unique natural landscape and diverse ethnic cultures, this city is one of the major economic and cultural centers of Qinghai Province.
